Union Community Action Network

For over 40 years, AFL-CIO Community Services has been
empowering union members to support their colleagues in need
through the Union Community Assistance Network (UCAN). The
program’s curriculum has recently been updated to focus on
building strong relationships with local community partners,
while maintaining its core emphasis on member-to-member
communication.
